Seqoon Launches Sai Dubai: An AI Real Estate Assistant

by ccadm

Dubai’s real estate industry is evolving with the launch of Sai Dubai, the city’s first AI real estate assistant. Developed by proptech startup Seqoon, Sai Dubai is now available on the App Store, Google Play, and through Seqoon’s website. The platform brings AI search, market insights, and personalized recommendations to buyers, sellers, and renters. Seqoon is also integrating Sai into the operations of leading developers and brokerages, streamlining transactions in one of the world’s most competitive property markets.

An AI Assistant for Smarter Real Estate Decisions

Unlike traditional property search platforms that require users to sift through endless listings, Sai Dubai simplifies the process. Using artificial intelligence, it refines user preferences, identifies optimal locations, and provides data-driven insights. It goes beyond listings by scanning web sources for reviews, market trends, and area analyses. Users can rely on Sai Dubai to automate searches, suggest competitive price points for selling or renting, and offer real-time market updates. The platform continuously adapts to user behavior, ensuring an intuitive and informed experience.

Omar ElDessouky, Co-Founder and CEO of Seqoon, emphasized the platform’s impact: “Whether you’re buying, selling, or renting, Sai simplifies the process by offering tailored recommendations, automating property searches, and ensuring that every decision is well-informed. It’s a game-changer for anyone navigating Dubai’s real estate market.”

Addressing a $100 Billion Market with AI

Dubai’s real estate sector is immense, with transactions surpassing AED 528 billion ($144 billion) in 2023. Yet inefficiencies—ranging from mismatched listings to lengthy negotiations—continue to slow down transactions.

A PwC study underscores AI’s potential in optimizing the sector. AI-driven solutions like Sai can increase efficiency by up to 40%, reducing operational costs and transaction timelines. For developers and brokers, this translates to higher conversion rates, enhanced customer experiences, and increased profitability.

Empowering Real Estate Developers and Brokerages

While Sai Dubai serves consumers, Seqoon is also launching a B2B version to help real estate professionals automate sales, customer service, and operations. AI-driven chat and call tools streamline client interactions, reducing response times and improving productivity. The platform integrates with CRM systems, summarizing client interactions and providing actionable insights for better decision-making. By automating routine queries, Sai allows sales teams to focus on high-value tasks like client negotiations and relationship building, boosting conversion rates and efficiency.

ElDessouky highlighted the role of AI in supporting industry professionals: “Real estate developers and brokers are the backbone of Dubai’s property market—and with Sai, they now have an AI partner to elevate their work. This isn’t about replacing human expertise, but rather enhancing it, freeing up time for strategic decision-making and stronger client relationships.”
