Qatar to host ‘Milipol Qatar Exhibition and Conference 2024’

Qatar is gearing up to host ‘Milipol Qatar Exhibition and Conference 2024’, the region’s premier event for homeland security and safety.

The event, held under the patronage of the Amir His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, will revolve around the theme, ‘Technology at the Service of Security’. The 15th edition is scheduled from October 29 to 31 at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre ((DECC).

Milipol Qatar 2024 will include a host of exhibitors showcasing a wide range of advanced innovations for the complex and emerging global security challenges of today and tomorrow. The event will be organized by the Qatar Ministry of Interior in partnership with Comexposium Security, representing the GIE Milipol under Civipol, the cooperation implementer of the French ministry of the Interior and Overseas.

This year’s edition will bring together over 222 exhibitors from around the world, 11,500 visitors from 84 countries and 389 official delegates. The event will provide a platform to present the latest in state-of-the-art security strategies, communication systems and emergency response tools.

The upcoming event is set to surpass the previous records, to exceed the QR592 million ($159.44 million) contract value achieved in 2022, with an aim to reinforce its position as the region’s leading gathering for homeland security and safety solutions.

TEB, a newcomer to the French pavilion, is an expert in video surveillance and integrated security systems. Olvid, developers of an ultra-secure messaging platform certified by ANSSI, is another new comer who will be showcasing the Crosscall CORE 5 phones — rugged, waterproof devices recently adopted by French law enforcements.

BlackNoise, the European leader in breach and attack simulation and cyber defense validation, will join to present how it empowers companies to continuously test and enhance their protections against evolving cybersecurity threats.

Es’hailSat Qatar, the nation’s first satellite operator, will mark its first-ever exhibition by showcasing its groundbreaking Es’hail-1 and Es’hail-2 communications satellites.
