In total, Premier League clubs collectively spent over £318 million in agent fees throughout the 2022-23 season. Manchester City emerged as the top spender in agent and intermediary fees among Premier League clubs, dishing out a staggering £51.5 million. Other notable signings included Mykhailo Mudryk from Shakhtar Donetsk and securing Joao Felix on loan from Atletico Madrid.
