Ooredoo Qatar, the prominent telecommunication company in Qatar, has entered into a groundbreaking partnership with Qatar Airways and Zscaler, Inc., the leading cloud security company, to enhance cybersecurity.

The partnership aims to revolutionize the country’s aviation sector with a sophisticated hybrid multicloud infrastructure. This will strengthen cyberthreat defenses and improve the operational efficiency of one of the world’s most highly regarded airlines.

At the heart of this innovative initiative is Ooredoo’s cutting-edge network infrastructure, which will act as a solid foundation for the integration of Zscaler Internet Access, providing cloud native, AI-supported cyber threat protection and least-privileged access for Qatar Airways.

Secure access to new and migrated applications, consistent cybersecurity for the airline’s global workforce of over 15,000 users at all locations, and comprehensive inspection of encrypted traffic at infinite scale will be guaranteed by this integration.
