The Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) has announced its complete transition to cloud computing, a strategic initiative that highlights its dedication to embracing advanced technologies and enhancing its digital capabilities to better serve Dubai’s residents.

This announcement, WAM reported, comes on the heels of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed with Microsoft at MBRHE headquarters. Moreover, the agreement was formalized between Thilal Khalifa Al Falasi, assistant CEO for the Corporate Support Sector at MBRHE, and Naim Yazbeck, general manager of Microsoft UAE. This collaboration further aims to strengthen efforts in digital transformation and technological innovation, marking a significant milestone in MBRHE’s pursuit of digital excellence.

Commitment to digital transformation

Thilal Khalifa Al Falasi mentioned that the partnership with Microsoft represents a crucial step that underscores MBRHE’s commitment to digital transformation, which enables the organization to provide enhanced and sustainable services to its citizens.

Under the MoU, MBRHE and Microsoft will work together to organize specialized workshops and training programs aimed at developing digital skills among MBRHE employees. The partnership will also investigate innovative projects intended to elevate customer experience through flexible and scalable cloud-based services.

This MoU further reinforces MBRHE’s role as a leader in digital transformation within the housing sector, setting a standard for other organizations in the region.
