‘Leadership Innovation Forum’ to kick off on October 30 in Qatar

Qatar Leadership Centre (QLC) is set to organize the inaugural ‘Leadership Innovation Forum’ (LIF) on October 30, 2024.

The forum will be held under the patronage of the Chairperson of Qatar Leadership Center HE Sheikha Al Mayassa bint Hamad Al Thani. Leadership Innovation Forum 2024 will revolve around the theme, “Leadership Innovation in the Digital Age”.

The event seeks to emerge as Qatar’s leading platform to shape the future of innovation in leadership development. It is set to gather the nation’s talented innovators, along with regional and international industry leaders, with an aim to explore leadership and the growing demands of societies, particularly in the context of AI’s exponential rise.

Abdulla Mohammed Khalifa Albinali, General Manager at Qatar Leadership Center, commented that, “Leadership innovation is a catalyst for change and development, and we envision the Forum as an annual platform that embraces leadership best practices, lays the foundation for groundbreaking advancements, and sets a new benchmark for leadership excellence in the region. The forum will also strengthen networking and foster cooperation, cultivating a generation of conscious leaders who share knowledge, tools, and theories with their regional peers, thereby supporting lifelong learning.”

The Forum will also bring together QLC Alumni. Among them, many hold senior positions across various sectors. They are expected to share valuable insights on global changes and developments.

Additionally, the event will feature panel discussions by regional and global leaders. The discussions will center on current leadership trends and challenges. Participants of the forum will get the opportunity to engage with experts in the field of leadership, share their thoughts and opinions, while highlighting the key challenges and opportunities in both public and private sectors.
