Emaar Properties has embarked on a comprehensive initiative to address the aftermath of the recent severe weather in Dubai.
Since the onset of heavy rains on April 16, the company’s facility management and community management teams have been assisting residents around the clock.
Mohamed Alabbar, the founder of Emaar Properties has also announced the company’s initiative to repair all homes within its communities affected by the recent severe weather, at no cost to residents.

“We are deeply committed to the wellbeing and safety of all our residents and stakeholders,” Alabbar stated. “In response to the challenges posed by this adverse weather and heavy rains that Dubai has experienced in the past few days, I am pleased to announce that Emaar will undertake the repair of all properties within our communities that have been damaged by the recent rains at its own cost to ensure that our residents can return to their daily lives as swiftly and smoothly as possible,” Alabbar said in a statement.
The company’s dedicated teams have initiated efforts to assess and restore damaged properties, collaborating closely with local authorities.
The repair service is available to all homes, regardless of age, within Emaar communities that have reported damages directly resulting from the recent rainfall and registered through its call centre.
