Electra Tower introduces a unique blend of theme park-style attractions and luxury living, making high-end amenities accessible starting at just $204,000.
Acube Developments has unveiled Electra, a new 38-story residential tower located in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai. The tower boasts over 50 amenities designed to enhance the living experience. Construction is slated to commence in the second quarter of 2024, with the handover expected by the second quarter of 2027.
Design and Amenities
Drawing inspiration from the blue-white star in the Taurus constellation, Electra will house 278 luxury apartments including studios, and one to three-bedroom units.
These apartments will feature Bosch appliances, Roca sanitary fittings, and finely crafted Italian kitchens with impeccable finishes.
Each unit is equipped with advanced smart home technology and comes fully furnished with three different furniture design options available. The two-bedroom units will include wide terrace pools measuring 4.6 meters by 1.8 meters.
Community and Lifestyle Enhancements
Ramjee Iyer, Chairman and Managing Director of Acube Developments, said: “We continue to deliver on our vision to create better living experiences for Dubai residents with Electra, from design and quality finishings, right through to the experience of living there and enjoying all that the community has to offer.
“By incorporating theme-park style amenities through our partnership with Sanderson Global, coupled with thoughtfully designed living spaces and high-quality premium materials, we are creating a living experience that is unmatched for residential buildings in Dubai. Our aim is to highlight a better way of living for our residents.”
Residents of Electra will enjoy a variety of facilities including a beach-themed pool, private pools, a mini-water park with slides, a mini-golf course, a bowling alley, both indoor and outdoor play areas, Jacuzzis, a children’s cinema, and picnic spaces.
These amenities are a result of a collaboration with Sanderson Global, which has helped develop attractions for several renowned global theme parks such as Sea World, Universal Studios Singapore, and Dubai Parks and Resorts.
The ground level of Electra Tower will offer business and work facilities like co-working spaces, a business lounge, a library, valet service, and a coffee station.
Family amenities on the podium level include an arcade and interactive games center, along with a cinema. The top floors, 37 and 38, are dedicated to adult residents and will feature a gym, rooms for yoga and aerobics, additional cinema rooms, as well as sauna and steam rooms. An expansive 18-meter-long sky pool is also located on the 38th floor.
Residents can also enjoy outdoor amenities such as picnic, barbecue, and pizza areas, designed for hosting and entertaining. Electra will additionally offer commercial spaces for shops and other services. The tower’s location in JVC provides convenient access to key areas in Dubai like Downtown Dubai, Dubai Mall, Global Village, and both of the city’s airports.
Regarding pricing, Iyer noted that apartments start at AED 750,644 ($204,400), with a range of flexible payment options to suit various budgets.
