VISARUN.AI secures USD 700 thousand in a pre seed funding round led by Swiss and UAE-based angel investors specialized in e-commerce and trading.

With the investment, the company aims to accelerate its platform development, expand its sales team and enact market penetration initiatives.

“This fresh capital will enable us to fully automate visa processes and develop an advanced AI agent for comprehensive process management.”

Vladimir Indjikian, President and co-founder of VISARUN.AI

The MENA region experiences backlogs and processing times due to high visa application volumes and staffing shortages at embassies and consulates. VISARUN.AI aims to tackle this challenge through helping corporations and travel agencies organize business trips. They do so, by eliminating manual management and micromanagement.

VISARUN.AI

VISARUN.AI was founded by Vladimir Indjikian and Alena Iakina in 2024. The company is a visa-as-a-service platform that streamlines visa processing to make it transparent and user-friendly.

The company offers a Smart Visa Route system which seeks to create personalized application pathways based on specific criteria, including destination country, travel dates, citizenship and approval probability. In addition, they have a Visa Approval Calculator which seeks to assess the probability of an application’s approval before committing to employee travel.

Additionally, the company aims to release an AI Interview Simulation system that provides three-minute virtual consolation interviews with real-time feedback and preparation recommendations.  In addition, it also employs an Advanced Document Verification system which uses computer vision and machine learning for precise document analysis and validation.

They also aim to expand to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, India, and China as they are markets with large migrant populations that often require visas for the EU and US. Thus, they plan to leverage this demand for visa immigration services from India, Pakistan and CIS countries to expand its services.
