Riyadh to hold inaugural ‘Global PropTech Summit’ in October

Saudi Arabia’s Real Estate General Authority (REGA) is set to host the inaugural Global PropTech Summit in Riyadh this October.

The event will take place under the patronage of Minister of Municipalities and Housing and REGA Board of Directors Chairman Majed Al-Hogail. The National Housing Company (NHC) will act as a strategic partner for the summit.

The Global PropTech Summit will assemble leading real estate industry figures, specialists, experts, property technology (PropTech) leaders, representatives from investment funds and financial institutions, and CEOs of pioneering real estate and PropTech companies.

The summit will include a specialized PropTech exhibition with local and international companies and platforms. Attendees will get the opportunity to explore the latest innovations in PropTech, practical applications, and can unlock new insights about the future of this sector, fueled by rapid technological evolution.

This exhibition will play a key role in achieving the strategic objectives of Saudi Arabia’s real estate sector, aligning with Vision 2030. The event will provide a platform for over 100 speakers from 80 countries to exchange expertise and experiences, forge collaborations, and engage in thought-provoking discussions with prominent industry leaders.

The summit is also expected to unveil a series of launches and agreements to enhance the PropTech sector. The discussions will revolve around fostering innovation and entrepreneurship in the future of PropTech and the transformative potential of 3D printing technology.

Additionally, emerging companies with innovative solutions within the real estate industry will get the chance to present their work, engage with potential investors, and secure capital.
