AIQ deploys SMARTi Solutions on ADNOC L&S vessels

AIQ, the Abu Dhabi-based AI champion that contributes to the global energy sector, has deployed SMARTi Intelligent Operational Safety Monitoring solution on 86 vessels of ADNOC Logistics and Services.

SMARTi, supported by AI, can analyze video streams in real-time, generate over a billion predictions per day. This will also enable ADNOC L&S to utilize the SMARTi solution for enhancing safety on its vessels with automated monitoring, detection and reporting of safety protocol violations and incidents.

SMARTi, formerly known as Smart Vessel, can process numerous images per day with over 90 percent accuracy. It can also detect the lack of personable protective equipment such as helmet, uniform and life vest. In addition to this, SMARTi is capable of identifying the entrance or presence within a restricted area, slip and fall, man overboard and other such scenarios.

Edge computing feature of this solution ensures real-time responses capabilities. SMARTi archives historical data, facilitates post-incident investigations, compliance audits and improves safety measures.
