With available data and information, it can learn, understand and analyze customer enquiries to provide prompt responses. Rammas also offers customers a service link to complete the procedure.

In addition to this, customers can evaluate the response, which improves the self-learning mechanism of Rammas to provide improved information to customers. Rammas can be accessed through DEWA’s smart app and website. Since the launch, DEWA is continuously enhancing Rammas to improve the experience of all its stakeholders.
