This 122-story tower, rising to a height of 517 meters, will become the tallest residential building in the world upon its completion. The development is designed to offer a comprehensive lifestyle focused on wellness and sustainability.

Embodying its commitment to wellness, the Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina will feature amenities and infrastructure that promote health and well-being. The project includes 251 luxury residences, ranging from two to four bedrooms, expansive half-floor penthouses, and multi-level Sky Mansions. Each unit will be equipped with unique wellness features including personalized wellness closets and a variety of health-promoting amenities.

Residents will have access to a variety of facilities, such as a fitness center, an infinity pool, ice baths, a salt room, sound healing rooms, massage suites, both indoor and outdoor cinemas, and a longevity clinic offering revitalization services. Additionally, the development will boast a landscaped “Skydeck” on the 109th floor for social gatherings.

Rahail Aslam, CEO of Select Group, remarked on the project’s intent to redefine luxury living with a strong focus on holistic resident well-being. He emphasized the project’s commitment to high standards in every detail, from its luxurious design to its comprehensive amenity offerings, which together create an unparalleled living experience.

The project is a continuation of the successful collaboration between Select Group and Six Senses, following their joint venture on the Six Senses Residences The Palm, Dubai, which was Six Senses’ first standalone residential project.

The architectural and interior design aspects of the Dubai Marina project will be handled by WSP Middle East, Woods Bagot, and Mitchell & Eades, with Energy & Space providing health and wellness design strategies. The Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina is currently 25% complete and is expected to be ready for occupancy by 2028.
